Building a technology product teaches you something very quickly: you don't really know what people want until they start using it. When we launched YuPage 1.0, we had ideas. We had assumptions. We had a vision of what we thought the experience should look like. But the moment real people started interacting with YuPage, something more valuable happened. We started learning. We saw what people clicked. What they ignored. What they enjoyed. What confused them. What they wanted more of. And sometimes, what we thought was a great idea simply wasn't as great in practice. That's the reality of building a product. You don't build once and magically get everything right. You build → launch → listen → learn → improve. That's exactly why YuPage 1.0 has been so important to us. It gave us something that no amount of planning could provide: real-world feedback. Now we're taking those lessons into the next stage. YuPage 2.0 is being built with a much clearer understanding of what we want YuPage to become — and, more importantly, what our users actually need. We're still learning. We're still experimenting.
