Terms of Service

You may create a YuPage account with an email address and password, or by continuing with Google, Apple or a phone number. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account. One person should maintain one account; we may merge or remove duplicate accounts.

YuPage is open to everyone — students, teachers, creators, professionals and anyone interested in learning or social interaction. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use YuPage. If you are under 18, you should use YuPage with the involvement of a parent, guardian or school.

You are responsible for the content you publish, the messages you send, the communities you create or join, and how you interact with others. Academic or education details are optional and never required to use YuPage.

Use YuPage respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or attempt unauthorised access to any part of the platform or to other users' accounts and data.

You keep ownership of the posts, statuses, comments, messages, media and learning materials you create. You grant YuPage a non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content solely to operate and improve the platform, subject to your privacy settings. You can edit or delete your content at any time; copies may persist briefly in backups.

The YuPage name, logo, product names (YuPost, YuStatus, YuChat, YuCommunity, YuLearn, Lileo), design and software belong to YuPage. Do not use them without permission. Respect other people's copyrights and trademarks; we remove infringing content when notified.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. It forms part of these terms.

Lileo is an AI assistant that helps with learning, study planning and general questions. Your prompts and Lileo's replies are processed by third-party AI model providers to generate responses, and may be stored so you can revisit conversations. Lileo can be wrong or incomplete — it is study support, not professional, medical, legal or financial advice, and it must not be used to complete work you are required to do yourself where that breaches your institution's rules.

Community creators and admins set rules for their spaces and are expected to enforce them. Joining a community means accepting its rules alongside these terms. YuPage may remove communities that repeatedly break these terms.

YuChat lets you message people and groups. Do not use messaging for spam, scams, bulk unsolicited outreach or sharing illegal material. Messages are stored so conversations sync across your devices and are visible to the participants of that conversation.

You can report accounts, posts, comments, messages and communities. We review reports and may limit reach, remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts. Where practical we tell you what happened and how to appeal.

Prohibited: illegal content; sexual content involving minors; non-consensual intimate images; hate speech; incitement to violence; targeted harassment; malware; fraud and phishing; exam or credential fraud; selling accounts; automated scraping; circumventing security, rate limits or moderation decisions.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk for others. You may delete your account at any time, which removes your profile and associated content subject to legal retention needs.

YuPage is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that any content — including AI output and learning materials — is accurate or suitable for your purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YuPage is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or opportunities arising from your use of the platform.

We continue to develop YuPage and may add, change or remove features. If we make material changes to these terms we will update the date above and notify you in-product. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
